This zone consists of 45 miles of nerves and is considered the master balancing system of your body. It normally switches you “off” and “on”. It allows you to relax, digest food, and sleep well at night; at the same time it gets you up in the morning refreshed, energized and ready for action.
Many people are stuck in an “on” or “off” state due to their lifestyle, many doctors call this depression or anxiety. This causes an overload of stress to your nerve system. Just like the electricity in your house, when there is an overload the fuses burn out.
When your nerve zone “burns out”, you have low energy and lose your drive for life. Lack of sleep, poor diet, too little exercise and prolonged emotional stress can all wreak havoc on the nerve zone. Physical, mental, or chemical stress can cause a disturbance in the brain center as well as a spinal misalignment causing interference in the coinciding nerve channels. This disturbance interferes with the proper brain/nerve signals traveling to and from your nervous system creating a multitude of diseases and problems.
An Imbalance in Zone 3 can result in the following symptoms...
Poor Eyesight, Balance Issues, Dizziness, Poor Sleep, Low Energy, Unable to Relax, Nervousness, Hearing Loss, Tingling in Extremities, Allergies/Food Issues, Indigestion, Mood Swings, Hormone Imbalances (Female & Male), Infertility.
This is how we Balance this Zone...
Dr. Nilles will perform a zone 3 specific adjustment as well as inform you, the patient, what you should expect from that treatment. Dr. Nilles will also hand you a Zone 3 Sheet which describes exactly what you should be looking for as a result of this very specific adjustment. Its best to read this sheet just prior to bedtime.
Balancing this zone usually takes 12-14 visits over a 4 week period of time. Its kind of like working out, if you exercised once - I bet you wouldn't expect to drop 10 lbs on the scale or run a 5K race. Balancing this zone takes some time and it takes adjustments.
Once Zone 3 is balanced you can expect this
